One day in August 2015, a very warm day, we met our friend’s Ervy in a place called Kopi Mane Inspiration in Jalan Yos Sudarso, Ruteng, Flores. It was a kind of coffeeshop and small restaurant,  and for sure their specialities are the famous Manggarai and Bajawa coffee. Ruteng is Ervy’s hometown. We knew each other for a long time…
