Namaste

Namaste, is an ancient Sanskrit greeting. Still use as everyday greeting in India and especially on the trail in Nepal, Himalaya. It means : I bow to the God within you or The spirit within me salutes spirit in you. A knowing that we are all made from the same One Divine Consciousness.

We just came back from our family trip to Nepal. It was our dream, and I kept the dream for years until 2 weeks ago. We flew  to Kathmandu on November 1st and went to 7 days trekking in Annapurna Sanctuary, Annapurna Base Camp.

For sure it was very quick, some people do ABC trekking in 10 days or Annapurna Circuit in 20 days. Ours was very short one, we only have 10 days in Nepal because my daughter must back to school for her 1st term examination :p

Long story short (I will write the long one later), we made it, right on schedule, everyone happy and the most important thing is : kembali dengan selamat.

Cici – my 6 yo daughter did it very well, no complaint at all during the 120 km trip (by foot) from Nayapul – Annapurna – Nayapul. Only one word to say : alhamdulillah, the trip was her victory.
